Enthuse is a faith-based leadership development program specifically designed for key student leaders entering year 12. The purpose of Enthuse is to develop Christ-centered leaders who recognise that leadership requires service.  Now in its seventeenth year, Enthuse is acknowledged as a key component in equipping, empowering and inspiring the leaders of Queensland Lutheran schools to servant leadership.

Enthuse provides a positive Christian environment where participants have the opportunity to discover the characteristics and the personal resources required to be a leader. Enthuse seeks to create life-long leaders who will continue to contribute to our community beyond their schooling years.

Enthuse is a unique leadership development program offered exclusively to the key student leaders of Lutheran schools in Queensland. The program is deliberately developed to support and compliment the servant-leadership focus and values of Lutheran Education. One of the highlights of the Enthuse program is the opportunity for students to connect and build relationships with the leaders of other Lutheran schools. It is common for participants from different schools to build strong friendships and to support each other during their leadership year.
