Enthuse is a Leadership Development Camp specifically designed for key student leaders entering Year 12 in the Lutheran high schools of Queensland.  Held every January, Enthuse is timed to give student leaders an opportunity to prepare for their senior leadership role by giving them the skills, coaching and personal development that will enable them to influence their schools, their peers and the world beyond high school. 

Over five days students participate in a unique action-based learning program designed to facilitate a greater understanding of leadership, themselves and the influence they can have in their schools. Our skilled facilitators encourage participants to step beyond their comfort zone and to develop new skills within a safe environment. Students come away from Enthuse equipped and inspired to be the influencers and changers within their communities.    

Enthuse has been successfully run for many years and provides an important pathway for young people to develop into effective student leaders. But don't just take our word for it, here is a quick sample of what the participants think:
