Overview
Dapper Daytrips are created by young adults, for young adults, offering a variety of day trips for young adults throughout the year. Each trip features different locations and activities, but all share a common goal: creating a welcoming space where you can share the highs and lows of young adulthood. Whether you prefer chatting over tea and cake or engaging in more adventurous activities, there’s something for everyone.
A typical Dapper DayTrip includes time to simply chat & hang with others (card games always present), a ‘tentpole’ activity, and worship. Participation in any activity is entirely optional, giving you the freedom to choose what you do!
Dapper Daytrips wholeheartedly welcomes all young adults who are interested in the community described above. Whatever your reasoning is for wanting to come along, we’d love to see you there.

The Program
This November, our ‘tentpole’ activity will be a day spent by in the sun, hanging by the waves on Bribie Island. Join us for breakfast to kick start the day and morning worship. Then depending on what you’re feeling on the day, grab a lawn game, maybe a frisbee or hit the waves at Woorim beach – most importantly do it with friends! To conclude the day’s formalities we will go and grab lunch together, for quality chats, But it doesn’t have to end there! Having a blast? keep the day going – more beach hangs? a butterfly walk? sunset watching? We cant wait to see you there, be sure to register too make sure we have you covered for meal times!
Saturday, 15th
- 8:45am – Meet at Bribie Island Orchid House.
- 9:00am – Lets have breaky (Did someone say breaky burgers?)
- 9:45am – Devotion and Worship
- 10:15am – Head to the Beach (Woorim beach)
- 10:30am – Beach time! (time to swim? Chats & views await)
- 12:30am – Gather back together
- 1:00pm – Lets Eat (Time for lunch!)
- 2:00pm – Till next time! Keep the hangs going or head home 🙂
