Holiday Camp Volunteers — Join the Team

Thank you for considering becoming a volunteer leader for one of our Holiday Camps. LYQ’s camps would not be possible without the dedication, faith and generosity of our volunteer leaders.

Volunteer leaders help shape and bring our camps to life. They serve on-site during camp and take part in planning, preparation and team coordination before camp begins.

“Camp should never feel like a crowd. It should feel like a community.”

Our camps are intentional.

LYQ holiday camps are more than school-holiday fun. We create safe, relational and faith-filled environments where campers and leaders feel loved, included, challenged and championed. More than that, we create spaces where young people can encounter Jesus.

Kids Camp and Christian Life Week

Kids Camp and Christian Life Week are designed as spaces for discipleship. Through worship, Bible study, small groups and shared community, campers are invited to think more deeply, grow in faith and be encouraged in their walk with Jesus.

Senior Blast and Junior Blast

Senior Blast and Junior Blast are designed with an evangelistic focus. They gently introduce campers to Jesus through relationships, shared activities, offsite electives, conversation and fun.
